6 Prohibited Activities

  • Using another person's account or hacking.

Clause 7 Fair Play Policy

x3bet's VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Key terms of the VIP program:

  1. Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  2. Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  3. Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
  4. Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  5. Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can naturally advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. VIP cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. x3bet reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

Clause 11 Account Closure & Suspension

x3bet may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

  1. Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  2. Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  3. Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
  4. Operating multiple accounts.
  5. At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any valid balance — not obtained through violation of the Terms — will be returned. Funds related to bonuses are non-refundable.

Clause 12 Limitation of Liability

x3bet is committed to providing uninterrupted and quality service through all reasonable efforts. However, x3bet will not be held liable in the following cases:

  • Loss caused by issues with third-party internet services or devices.
  • Unavoidable natural disasters or unforeseen technical failures.
  • Negligent disclosure or theft of your login credentials.
  • Service suspension due to instructions from a government or regulatory authority.
